With Rocket's Site User feature, you can now delegate site access to individual users, without having to give them access to your whole Rocket.net account!
Creating the First Site User
To add a site user, first Log In To The Rocket.net Dashboard and navigate to the site you want to add a user to. Scroll to the bottom, and click "Invite Site User" in the bottom right corner as shown below:
Enter the First Name, Last Name, and the Email address of the user you want to give access to. Click "Add User" as shown below:
Instruct the new user to check their email. You should receive an email from “invites@wpsitecontrol.com” with the subject: “Create Account on https://wpsitecontrol.com to access yourdomainhere.com”
They will be taken to wpsitecontrol.com where they can add their password:
Once the password is set, the user will be prompted to log in to their account. In the future, they will need to go to https://wpsitecontrol.com/login/wpsitecontrol to log in.
Adding More Sites
If a user with a pre-existing WPSiteControl account is added to additional sites, then they will receive another "Start Managing" email with a link to accept the invitation. The user can accept by using the link, or they can log in at https://wpsitecontrol.com/login/wpsitecontrol and accept the invitation there.
