We do understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to leave us. While we hate to see you go, we've still done all we can to make cancellation as simple as possible.
Account Cancellation
Log into https://control.rocket.net. Click on the menu next to your photo in the upper right, and then Billing.
You should see your plan details. You can click on this window, and you will be able to see the plan details, as well as the Cancel Plan button.
In the pop up box, you can describe your reason for cancellation. If you are leaving because you're dissatisfied with the service, we would sincerely appreciate you letting us know when you fill out the form.
Rocket.net was built from the ground up on user feedback, and we take all of it, even the negative, very seriously. This helps us improve our platform for everyone.
Once complete, select whether you want to cancel the account immediately or at the end of the billing period. If you choose "Immediate", then the account will be terminated immediately. If your domain is still pointing at Rocket.net, your site will go offline immediately.
If you choose "End of Billing Period", then your account will expire and will not be renewed.
It’s important to understand all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered once the account is canceled.
Click on Request to submit your cancellation request. Once its submitted no further invoices are generated.
