At Rocket.net, every domain or subdomain is a new website. For this reason, the Starter Package, with its single website, will need to be upgraded to at least the Pro Package (with three websites) so that the subdomain can be added as a new website.

Once your plan supports multiple websites, you can create a subdomain just as you would any other site. Our KB article How to create a site on Rocket.net can explain the process further.
