How To Use The Rocket.net File Manager

With Rocket.net's File Manager, you can do most basic file management tasks without ever having to open an FTP client or even log into the WordPress dashboard.

Navigating to the Rocket.net File Manager

First, log in at https://control.rocket.com. Click Manage for the site that you'd like to use the File Manager:

Next, click on File Manager:

Now you'll see that only 10 files are listed. You can go through the list of files 10 at a time, or else click on the "10 Per Page" drop down:

Select 50 or 100 Per Page if you prefer:

Files are listed with columns for file name, size, date, and permissions. In the last column you'll see three dots on the right side of each file. Clicking on the three dots gives you the options you need:

If you View / Edit the file, the Editor will load in your browser. You can now download the file, save any changes you've made, or just close the file and go back to the file manager:

You can search for files in the current directory by using the search field below the directory name:
