Ezoic Is No Longer Supported At Rocket.net 

Unfortunately, Ezoic has stopped working with us and has even cut off communications with Rocket.net regarding our mutual customers. Any performance problems or other Ezoic related trouble should be reported directly to Ezoic’s support team. 

We have many customers who have great success with Mediavine, Adthrive, Monumentric and other ad providers. They are able to take full advantage of the Rocket.net platform. 

If you choose to host an Ezoic site at Rocket.net, it may work but will be rather slow compared to others. For this reason we cannot troubleshoot any speed or performance issues when Ezoic is in use.

The following information is for historic purposes only and should not be used to set up new Ezoic sites at Rocket.net.

Rocket.net is fully compatible with Ezoic

Rocket.net has worked with Ezoic to make sure that our platforms are mutually compatible. For this reason, we can say that Rocket.net supports the use of Ezoic and we even have a KB Article that shows you how to configure Ezoic on Rocket.net. So this article should not be misunderstood- we will continue to do all we can to make sure that your Rocket.net sites can make use of your Ezoic account.

Inherent Limitations of using Ezoic with Rocket.net 

While our platforms maintain compatibility, there are some built in limitations to using Ezoic, and they all surround the use of Rocket.net's exclusive Cloudflare Enterprise CDN optimizations. 

One of the many reasons that Rocket.net's platform is different is our tight integration with Cloudflare Enterprise and the optimizations that we have engineered for it. Cloudflare uses Rocket.net's servers as the Origin server, but over 95% of content is cached at the Edge, making sub-100ms TTFB's possible around the globe.

Ezoic works to serve ads by putting your website behind Ezoic's CDN. Since it isn't possible to use two CDN's at once, this means that your site is served Ezoic's CDN instead of Rocket.net's optimized Cloudflare Enterprise CDN. Rocket.net's servers are still the Origin, but the full benefits of using Rocket.net are not utilized.

This will result in a site that is slower than if it used Rocket.net's Cloudflare Enterprise CDN.

Should Ezoic Customers use Rocket.net?

Absolutely! While we strongly believe that your site will benefit by using our CDN exclusively, there are many other benefits of keeping your Ezoic sites at Rocket.net. Some benefits include:
