To upgrade your Rocket.net account, first log in at https://control.rocket.net. Your Dashboard will show the number of sites you currently have, and on the top right of that information that is the Upgrade Plan button:
The next dialogue will allow you to choose which plan you'd like to upgrade to.
Once you select a plan, click on Choose Product which will take you to the Checkout page as shown below:
Once you've chosen a payment method and click "Checkout", you'll get an order confirmation.
