No. Sites do not need a dedicated IP address, and Rocket.net does not offer dedicated IP's for any purposes.
What about SEO?
There was a time when Google's algorithm gave marketers a reason to put their sites on as many unrelated IP addresses as possible. Google has since caught onto this practice, and having sites on unique IP's is no longer a concern.
Do sites need a Dedicated IP for SSL?
No. This was solved in the early 2010's when SNI was introduced. SNI allows any number of sites to all have the same IP address and still have their own SSL certificate.
The Biggest Reason A Dedicated IP Is Not Required
The Cloudflare CDN negates the need for a dedicated IP and serves sites with an SSL certificate regardless of the server configuration. Sites are served using the Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, and so the IP of the origin server here at Rocket.net is irrelevant.
