Is there a difference between Enterprise and Free Cloudflare?

Yes! In fact it's such a drastic difference that it's almost a completely different platform. Our Enterprise account benefits from the following features that don't come with Free, Pro, and Business:

• Priority Routing of all requests on Cloudflare's Platform
• Larger Upload Size limits
